Recent work

PosAbilities

Lead Service Designer - 2021-present
Service Designer - 2019–2021

I led the design, evolution, and scaling of inclusive service models for people with intellectual disabilities, using human-centred design to expand accessible community engagement, creativity, and connection. I originally launched Meraki, a subscription box service for day programs and group homes, before helping pivot programming during COVID-19 into accessible digital experiences. I played a key role in shaping and scaling Curiko, an innovative service ecosystem that integrated creative programming, accessibility, and community participation. My work spanned end-to-end service design strategy, digital platform and website UX/UI, participatory research, large-scale event design, organizational leadership, team development, and storytelling—consistently embedding accessibility, autonomy, and disability justice principles into programs, systems, and strategic growth.

InWithForward

Design Researcher - 2022–2025

I led participatory design research initiatives focused on complex social issues, including child welfare in Indigenous communities, unconditional cash transfer programs for people experiencing homelessness, and youth experiences under the Mental Health Act. Through in-depth ethnographic research, trauma-informed engagement, and custom research design, I surfaced lived experiences, systemic barriers, and community-driven insights. I synthesized findings into strategic recommendations, accessible reports, and narrative deliverables that informed program design, systems change, and cross-sector collaboration, while ensuring participant autonomy, consent, and authentic representation throughout the research process.

Henkel

Industrial Design Intern - 2017

As an Industrial Design Intern at Henkel, I contributed to early-stage front-end research, ideation, and concept development, supporting the exploration of future product directions. I developed and refined 3D concepts in SolidWorks while building technical understanding of blow molding and injection molding processes. My work included analyzing and extending existing brand design languages, developing visual identity directions, and translating concepts into manufacturable product ideas aligned with production constraints and future portfolio opportunities.
