Hi, there!

My name is Elizabeth Boyd, though most people just call me Boyd.

I’m a designer, researcher, and systems thinker whose work spans service design, strategic innovation, participatory research, and organizational transformation. Across digital platforms, community systems, governance models, and institutional frameworks, I design services and structures that help people navigate complexity, strengthen connection, and create more adaptive futures.

Originally from Alabama and now based in Vancouver, BC, I bring a blend of human-centered design, embedded research, facilitation, and creative problem-solving to projects that require both strategic rigor and relational depth. My practice is rooted in making complexity tangible.

I’m especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and transformation: where thoughtful systems, inclusive practices, and strong relationships can unlock new possibilities for organizations, communities, and the people they serve.
